  • Particular domain metrics

    Client responsibilities

Clients are obliged to:

  • Review and approve content in an appropriate manner
  • Provide all the requirements and accurate information
  • Certify their website complies with appropriate laws and regulations

We have the authority to reject the proposals involving harmful, illegal, or unethical content.

Content approval

The clients will approve all the content before it is created or published unless stated otherwise.

When the content is approved and published, changes may not be feasible or may cause further charges.

Payments and refunds

  • Payments are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise.
  • Once the work has been initiated, refunds are not approved due to the nature of publisher commitments and outreach.
  • If we fail to deliver agreed placements, replacement placements or partial refunds may be offered by us.
  • Third-party websites

We are connected with third-party websites and publishers. We do not take responsibilities for:

  • Changes in websites metrics
  • Content removal after publication
  • Editorial decisions made by publishers
  • Delivery time

We provide estimated delivery times that may vary according to the publisher response time and content approval.

  • Limitation of liability

We do not take any responsibility for:

  • Ranking fluctuations or search engine penalties
  • Any indirect or substantial losses
  • Business losses by using our services
  • Termination

We hold the authority to terminate services if:

  • Payment is not received
  • The client disrupts the terms
  • The project contains verboten content
  • Governing law

These terms must be administered by the laws of the EU, UK, and USA.
